CNB Visitor Centre and extended opening hours

Step into CNB Visitor centre and explore the "Behind the Currency" and "People and Money" exhibitions - this time in an unusual evening setting.

On Saturday 13 June 2026, we are extending VC opening hours as part of Prague Museum Night until 10:30 pm.
From 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm, you can also join a creative workshop and design your very own banknote.

To mark the International Archives Day, the CNB Archive will present the exhibition The National Bank of Czechoslovakia - the first independent guardian of the Czechoslovak currency, complemented by a special display of original archival materials related to its founding.

Tip: We are open as usual from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm – come earlier and enjoy the exhibitions without the queues.
